๐ Tampered or Wrong Delivery? Weโve Got You Covered!
We rely on trusted third-party delivery partners. But on rare occasions, hereโs what to do:
- Received a tampered parcel? Donโt accept it. Let the delivery person know and inform us immediately.
- After receiving the parcel: Make a 360ยฐ opening video. Without it, we do not exchange products.
- Didnโt receive your parcel but marked as delivered? Notify us within 48 hours. Weโll verify with the courier.
- Still unsure after POD? If POD doesnโt match your case, weโll raise the issue and resend if confirmed lost.
